How it began...

Wed Jul 11, 2007, 9:44 AM
Hi there..

Sadly I've never been to a graphics school or something like that. It began some years ago. I loved to wacht the stars at night and wished that I could leave this sad world an just fly around to view the beauty of space...of course I couldn't.

When I finally got Internet, I was eager to get my own avatars and signatures so I asked around and managed to get a copy of photoshop from my teacher. I tried quite hard and managed to create some Stuff. I never read any tutorials so I had to learn all I need by myself. After some time I wasn't satisfied with just copy&;pasting pictures together so I began to draw...what? Space of course! With many failed attempts I got my hands on some filters who did quite nice nebulas..so I thought. I studied them and began t draw my own as the filters never did any details.

I never drew anything else than nebulas and such so improved with every drawing. Now I got my wacom Intuos 3 which is really nice to do such stuff! I didn't draw much since then but my head is full of ideas....I always wanted to draw people or landscapes on earth (mountains..woods) but I never did...maybe it's the fear that I'm not good enough. I wish I could learn from someone or somewhere to use the tools better and some basic techniques! Maybe..some day!
